I find that as a creative visionary as well as a realistic action-oriented individual, my mind is sometimes racing with ideas for marketing, products, and coaching concepts, among others. I created this blog to give myself one place to start documenting my brain - to help me organize my thoughts, as well as do something which is important as a coach - have "Public Authenticity." "Non-smokers exposed to second-hand smoke are at higher risk of getting cancer and other lung diseases. Health Canada estimates that more than 300 non-smokers die from lung cancer each year because of second-hand smoke."
